Pickup Locations

Ubah Guy Neal will contact you when you land at Logan to coordinate the pickup location. If for some reason he cannot reach you (e.g. lost mobile phone, dead battery, etc.),  below are default pickup locations for each terminal at Logan. He will be there starting 30 minutes after landing. Even if you don't have your bags, come out to meet him so you can connect for transportation.

Terminal A (Delta)

Departure level outside of door A204

Terminal B (Air Canada, American Airlines, United, Spirit, Alaska, Southwest)

Arrivals level, Passenger Pickup Zone 4

Terminal C (JetBlue)

Departure level outside of door C203. Follow the crosswalk to the first island (first lanes closest to terminal are for buses only)

Terminal E (International arrivals going through customs in Boston)

Arrivals level in Passenger Pickup zone 4. Exit the terminal from door E107 and turn right. Follow signs to parking lot for Zone 4.
