Ubah Guy Neal is a private car service operated by Neal Fegan in Londonderry, NH. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you book a ride, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, and any notes you give us about your trip. Payments are processed by Square; we don't store card numbers.

How we use it. Only to provide your ride: confirming bookings, flight and pickup updates, receipts, and follow-ups about your trip (such as a review request). If another trusted driver handles your ride, we share the details they need to complete it.

Text messages. If you tick the optional text-message checkbox when booking, or text START to (978) 253-4303, you'll receive texts about your rides. Message frequency varies with your trips. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at 978-237-4893 or ubahguyneal@gmail.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
