Terms and conditions
Earning and redeeming
- Earn 1 Travelah's Check for every $5 of your fare. Gratuity does not earn Travelah's Checks.
- Rewards: 50 Travelah's Checks = $10 off, 120 = $30 off, 350 = $130 off.
- To earn or redeem, your payment must be processed through Square. Just let me know at payment if you'd like to redeem a reward.
- One reward may be redeemed per ride.
- Want to know your balance? Just text me and I'll send you a summary.
Expiration
- Travelah's Checks expire 18 months after they're earned. You'll get a reminder before any expire.
- Not traveling before your Travelah's Checks expire? Rewards may be applied to a prepaid, scheduled ride. The reward is used at the time of payment, so the ride itself can take place after the expiration date.
- If a prepaid ride is cancelled, redeemed rewards are not reinstated.

- Rides completed by partner drivers are not eligible to earn Travelah's Checks.
- Travelah's Checks are non-transferable.
- Travelah's Checks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards cannot be used to buy gift cards or converted to account credit.
- Purchased gift cards cannot be used to earn Travelah's Checks, but spending a gift card can earn Travelah's Checks.
- Ubah Guy Neal may change or end the program at any time.
